Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Officer to join our Support Office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key supplier accounts through all aspects of accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments while adhering to company policies and procedures.

What is the role? 

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for:

• Process accounts payable invoices from supply partners accurately and efficiently.
• Match purchase orders with invoices and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and provide support for audits.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of invoices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
