What’s the Role All About?

Whether you're stepping into the Site Manager role or supporting as an Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on in leading the team and driving daily operations. From crafting a perfect coffee to coaching staff and hitting performance targets, you’ll be the kind of leader who leads by example and lifts those around you.

• Site Manager: Own the full site operation — staffing, performance, compliance, and customer experience.
• Assistant Manager: Support the Site Manager, lead shifts, and help drive team success while building your leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience in café, hospitality, or retail environments
• Leadership or staff management experience (Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a plus)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (especially for Site Managers)
• A team-first mindset and a passion for customer service
