The Role - Customer Service Representative (CSR)

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of Bowser Bean. Every smile, every coffee, and every interaction shapes our customers’ day – and you’ll play a key role in making Bowser Bean worth stopping for.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making great barista coffee
  • Preparing fresh, quality food products
  • Serving customers with energy and positivity
  • Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Supporting the team with other tasks as required

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after enthusiastic, proactive team players who:

✔ Can juggle multiple tasks with confidence
✔ Take pride in their work and presentation
✔ Have experience in customer service or hospitality (a bonus, but not essential!)
